It's us, the host family Simma!

We are a hotelier extended family. We, that is Barbara with Linus, Marie and Anna Lisa, Tone, Annemarie, Peter with Jakob and Paul, and Michaela. Our passion as hosts was literally laid in our cradle by the senior chefs Maria and Toni. Together we are the largest hotelier family in the Bregenzerwald.

Since 1665 our family has been running the two hotels Adler and Rössle in Au. With us at the Hotel Rössle you can expect a relaxed, family atmosphere, an arrival and feeling at home.
